Cancellations/changes information

Please submit any changes or cancellations by the 2nd working day of the month to fit in with the payroll deadlines.

Please note that if we receive a notification after the deadline it will be processed the following month

As from 1st April 2020, the Trust will allow the minimum payment for Childcare Vouchers to be reduce on a temporary basis from our normal minimum of £10.00 to £1. This will be reviewed on a monthly basis. Any changes will still need to be received by 2nd of the month to be in time for that month’s payroll.  Please note we cannot accept any lower than £1 monthly deduction.

Important information regarding the new Government Tax-Free Childcare scheme – See below.

 The government have introduced a Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) scheme. The new scheme will allow working parents (where both parents are working or are single parents) to claim up to £2,000 per child towards the cost of childcare per year directly from the government through HMRC.

To be eligible, each parent must be earning less than £100,000 annually, working a minimum of 16 hours per week and has a child under 12 years old or 16 years old if registered as disabled, also not be receiving support through tax credits.

Tax-Free Childcare is now open to parents whose youngest child is under 9, or who turned 9 on 15 January 2018. The scheme will open to all remaining eligible families with children under 12 on 14 February 2018. This means all eligible parents will be able to apply for Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) before the end of this financial year.
